GDV operates 70 offices through five regional centers located in 14 states throughout Mexico. Our headquarters, systems and administration are in Mexico City. Collected data is sent daily to our main server for processing. Additionally, we can coordinate studies in Latin America through our relationship with leading agencies in the region.
Client Service
We have a staff of bilingual/bicultural client service executives that understand the challenges of delivering results to global standards. Through a personalized attention to detail and flexibility to meet needs on time, we strive to exceed client expectations.
Data Collection
GDV has its own data collection department, because part of our strategy is to guarantee the highest quality of field work. More than 300 trained interviewers and 50 supervisors work closely with our Client Service department to ensure accurate information on time to our clients:
- We have regional offices in Mexico, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Merida and Hermosillo.
- Management, quality and information systems that guarante accuracy and integrity of the data we collect and process.
- Aditionally, we have associated agencies in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela and Central America.
